Wheelchair users, People with walking difficulty, People with vision impairment, People with mental health issues, learning disabilities

Persons who have been diagnosed with at least 60% physical impairment due to loss, damage or paralysis of the lower or upper extremities or pelvis;

Persons with multiple sclerosis;

Persons with muscular and neuromuscular diseases with an estimated physical impairment of at least 30%;

Severely mentally handicapped persons who have been recognized as disabled as a result in accordance with the regulations on the protection of physically and mentally handicapped persons;

Persons who have at least 90% physical impairment due to vision loss;

Young people who are severely physically or mentally handicapped or who are unable to move due to loss, damage, paralysis of the lower extremities or pelvis
