Regulations for people with disabilities to obtain driving licences

For hearing impaired/deaf, the driving test is administered with modifications.  They are asked to provide a medical report with the level of impairment to assess how the test is administered.

For persons with a missing limb the test is administered on an adapted vehicle which the applicant provides.

Vehicle type and adaptation to controls

There is no restriction once the applicant can reliably and comfortably operate the vehicle.
